I have been an artist most of my life.  I have been a photographer forever it seems and about 15 years ago I needed some "mental stimulation" and began taking watercolor classes in Stroudsburg through the Monroe County Arts Council.  Last year my wife saw Jay's sign as she was passing by his studio and strongly encouraged me to "check it out."  I started taking classes with Jay in June of 2024 and love it!
